Stride for Life walks encourage people to be more active through the simple activity of walking. We provide free short walks in your local community that are volunteer-led and a great way of meeting new people while keeping fit.
The Stride for Life walks are suitable for everyone and are an easy way of chalking up some of your recommended 150 minutes of activity. Each walk takes place weekly and there are a number of groups to choose from throughout the Perth area - so why not pick one (or two!) and join in the fun?
Our walks explore your local area and the groups enjoy a cuppa and a catch up each time they meet. They are very sociable and you'll enjoy the chat as much as you will the walk itself!
There is no need to book and it's free for everyone.
