Pre-School ActivitiesMotiv8 was first introduced at Bell's Sports Centre in 2001 and then rolled out to nearly all other PKL facilities, allowing children to enjoy a wide variety of fun activities after school, at weekends and during the school holidays ever since.

The
Motiv8 programme is mainly aimed at primary school children, but the pre-school
and 12 to 15 age group are also the focus for programmed activities, covering
the whole range of physical activity, sport, exercise and dance.
