Ozone Fitness Gym

The Ozone Fitness Gym provides customers with an excellent full body workout. The range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment will suit all ages and abilities. The equipment is easy to use and will provide a varied workout every visit.

The fitness gym offers a variety of Life Fitness Cardiovascular machines, comprising of Bikes, Treadmills, Rowers, Cross Trainers and a Stepper.
In addition are a range of free weights and fixed resistance machines, including: Leg Curl, Hip Flexor, Pec Dec, Multipress Bench, Lat Pull Down and Arm Press.

Getting started in the gym couldn't be easier! Before using the gym all customers must undertake a full induction. The induction is designed to ensure all users understand how to use the equipment in a safe and enjoyable way.
Please note once an induction has been completed this allows the customer to use any PKL gym.

We also offer a Personal Gym Programme service. A qualified member of staff will design a comprehensive programme tailored to your personal needs and goals. What better way to reach your targets!

The gym is open to anyone aged 12 and over, however young people aged 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult, following an adult and child induction.
