classes for all ages and abilities. Listed below are full details of all
the classes running at present.
Also listed is a recommendation of what level applies
to each class. Please note this is only a recommendation and if you have
any queries the staff will be happy to discuss.

Crèche - There is a Crèche
facility available for children aged 2 to 7 years. Spaces are limited
so places must be booked and paid for in advance.

Tel - These classes must be booked
in advance.

Beg - These classes are suitable
for complete beginners and up.

All - Suitable for all levels
and abilities.

Int / Adv - These classes are
only suitable for those at intermediate or advanced level.
* This class takes place the 1st Monday for every month only.
Please note age restrictions apply to all classes. Circuits
/ BodyPump / Pilate's are only suitable for young people aged 16 and over.
All other classes are suitable for young people aged 14 and over.
