Learn to Lose Learn to Lose is an interactive, friendly and fun-filled healthy lifestyle weight management programme for anyone who is overweight and who wants to do something about it. It is aimed at both male & females over the age of 16 years.
Learn to Lose incorporates the Winning Weigh programme; a NHS Tayside Weight Management Programme.
