PKL Board of Directors

The Board of Directors hold the ultimate responsibility for running the Company. The Company's strategy and policies are determined by the Board of Directors with certain operational decisions delegated to Sub-Committees of the Board e.g.:

The Board is programmed to meet on 6 occasions per year. Additional meetings are arranged as necessary to address specific issues.
