A. We have fitness gyms in 12 of our Live Active Leisure venues throughout Perth and Kinross.  All of these gyms are equipped with a great range of Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment and have friendly, qualified staff ready to give you any advice you may need.  We welcome all ages and abilities, so whether you are a regular or have never used a gym before: we're here to help!

In addition, most of our gyms also have resistance equipment. The exception to this is Bell’s Sports Centre, where there is no resistance equipment but there is a weights gym with free weights.

Q. Where are the gyms located?
A. The gyms are located throughout Perthshire.  Visit the main gym page for more details.
