Q. When do Gym Inductions take place?
A. We arrange Gym Inductions by appointment to suit the customer and the venue. Customers should contact reception on 01738 633130 to arrange a suitable time.
Q. How do I book club sessions i.e. Karate?
A. Just come along for the start of the session and you'll be able to take part! Alternatively contact reception for further information or visit our Club Information page.
Q. What can you offer parents and young children?

Q. How do I apply for a Membership?
A. Applying for a Membership couldn't be easier. Customers will need their bank details to complete the relevant forms, this can all be done at reception. Please note that you will also need to pay the first installment over the counter. We accept cash, cheque, credit or debit cards. More information can be found by visiting the Membership page.
Q. What time is the crèche on and what is the minimum and maximum age for children?
A. Live Active Letham do not operate a Crèche facility, however there is a Community Crèche group that takes place on Wednesday, 1.00pm - 3.00pm for children aged 0 - 3 years.

- Adult: aged 19 – 59
- Senior: aged 60 +
- Junior: aged 5 - 18
- All valuable and personal belongings should be secured in a locker prior to using the facilities.
