Q. When do Gym Inductions take place?
A. inductions take place on a Tuesday and Thursday night at 8.15pm and Saturday and Sunday at 3.00pm.

• We also offer a range of activities for children P1 - P7
  

Q. How do I apply for a Membership?
A. Applying for a Membership couldn't be easier.  Customers will need their  bank details to complete the relevant forms, this can all be done at reception.  Please note that you will also need to pay the first installment over the counter. We accept cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.  More information can be found by visiting the Membership page.

1. Adult: aged 19 – 59
2. Senior: aged 60 +
3. Junior: aged 5 - 18
4. All valuable and personal belongings should be secured in a locker prior to using the facilities.
