Q. When do Gym Inductions take place?
A. We arrange Gym Inductions by appointment to suit the customer and the venue. Customers should contact reception on 01738 630901 to arrange a suitable time. We can offer individual or small group inductions.
Q. Do you offer Personal Programmes/Lifestyle Assessments?
A. Yes, our personal programmes are created for you by our Live Active instructors. We will make sure that you are working effectively and will try to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Please contact your local Live Active Leisure venue directly to find out about costs and booking.
Q. How do I apply for a Membership?
A. Applying for a Membership couldn't be easier. Customers will need their bank details to complete the relevant forms, this can all be done at reception. Please note that you will also need to pay the first installment over the counter. We accept cash, cheque, credit or debit cards. More information can be found by visiting the Membership page.
Q. Do you have a creche?
A. Yes we offer a creche for children 2 - 7 years. Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fri: 9.40am - 11.00am / Wed, Sat & Sun: 10.00am - 11.30am
General Information

- All valuable and personal belongings should be secured in a locker prior to using the facilities.
