Q. What are your charges?
A. Live Active Leisure operate both pay and be active and membership charges.  For more information on our charges visit the Prices section of the website.

Q. How much does a Live Active card cost?
A. There is an annual fee for a Live Active card, the prices are as follows:
Adult - £10.00 / All other categories are FREE

Q. What type of category do I apply for?
A. We offer a range of categories, these include:

  • ADULT: aged 19 to 59
  • SENIOR: aged 60+
  • JUNIOR: aged 5 to 18
  • JOINT: 2 adults or seniors.  Both members must be within the same category.

Q. Do you offer a corporate membership?
A. Our corporate membership scheme is a great way for employers to keep employees healthy and offers a great discount if your organisation is signed up to the scheme.

Q. Do you offer Concession prices?
Live Active Leisure are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of everyone in the community. Therefore our concession rate is available to those in receipt of one of the following:

  • Income Support
  • Job Seekers Allowance
  • Full Time Student
  • Carers Allowance
  • Bereavement Allowance
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Long Term Incapacity Benefit
  • Council Tax / Housing Benefit
  • Employment and Support
  • Maternity Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • War Disablement Pension

Q. How do I apply for my Live Active card?
A. Go to any one of our 14 leisure facilities where you will be asked to complete an application form. Your photograph will be taken at the time of application and a card will be issued.

Q. How long is my card valid for?
A. The Live Active card is valid for 1 year from the date of application. When the card expires, it will revert to the Standard (full price) rate. Reception staff will advise you when your card is due for renewal.  A new application form must be completed to renew your card. Please note that the Live Active card must be renewed annually, although your card will remain the same.

Q. What does my Live Active discount card entitle me too?
A. Your Live Active card provides a discount of a wide variety of sport and leisure activities throughout our 14 leisure venues.

Q. How do I renew my Live Active card?
A. Reception staff at the centre will inform you when your card is due for renewal. You will be asked to pay the annual Live Active fee and adults who pay for their card, they will need to fill in a new application.  The card will then be updated automatically.  Please note that Senior and Junior categories do not have to complete a new form each year.

Q. How do I apply for a Membership?

A. Applying for a Membership couldn't be easier.  Customers will be required to provide their bank details to complete the relevant forms which can all be done at reception.  Please note that you will also need to pay the first installement over the counter. We accept cash, cheque, credit or debit cards. 

Q. What if I lose my card? How do I get a replacement?

A. If your card is lost or stolen report it to reception and ask for a replacement card. The cost of a replacement card is £5 for adults, juniors, seniors and concessions.
