  • Babies and toddlers still in nappies should wear elasticated swim nappies to guard against accidental contamination.  These are available to purchase at reception.
  • Do not change nappies on poolside - use the toilets or baby changing areas.
  • Always shower properly before you swim - this can significantly improve water quality and reduce the risk of contamination.
  • Please ensure that children and babies are properly washed and showered before entering the pool.
  • Health Suite and Gym users in particular should shower before swimming after using other facilities.
  • Visit the toilet before you swim - and take the children as well.
  • Always wash your hands after using the toilet.
