Learn to Lose is a 12 week weight management programme for those who want to lose weight and kick start a healthier lifestyle.

It is unique in that it combines both healthy eating and physical activity advice.

 

So why should should you consider Learn to Lose?
You might want to feel and look better, be part of a supportive social group?  You might have tried other diets and found they just don’t work!  Or perhaps you might have been advised to lose weight for health reasons?
