14.75 hours per week
(Thursday 5.15pm – 10.15pm, Friday 5.15pm - 9.15pm and Sunday 09.30am – 3.15pm)
£8.13 per hour

Live Active Leisure relies heavily on relief employees for coaching our programme of activities and covering the leave commitments of our permanent staff including leisure assistants and receptionists.

What is a relief employee?
A relief employee's hours of work will vary according to the needs of the venue/service, as a relief employee the Company cannot guarantee work, you will work on a relief basis by mutal agreement, whenever required by the needs of the venue/service.  There is no obligation on Live Active Leisure to provide you with work and likewise there is no obligation on you to accept any work offered.  You will enter into a relief employee agreement.

Open Applications
If you send in an open application to the Company, where you are not applying for a specific post but are interested in any opportunities you must ensure that you state which type of post and the venue you are interested in working in on your application.

You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your application, it will then be forwarded to the relevant Facility Manager.  If the venues are recruiting within the next 3 months you will receive correspondence, however after 3 months your application will be discarded and you will need to reapply for any vacacnies you are interested in.  Completing an open application will NOT automatically place your application forward for any permanent posts that become available.
