The All Ability Cycling Project is for people who find cycling difficult or challenging. This could be due to age, confidence, disability or lack of suitable equipment or support. Cycling offers a range of physical and mental benefits including improving balance and coordination as well as building confidence.

The All Ability Cycling Project is currently based at Bell's Sports Centre with the North Inch used as the circuit for most sessions. We currently have a wide range of bikes including tricycles, a side by side, handcrank, a tandem, a wheelchair bike and single bikes - click here to view our bike poster.

Individual and Group Sessions can be booked for a charge Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays between 10am-3pm. Click here for our booking form.

Between April and September we also offer a free drop-in session on a Saturday morning between 10am-12pm which allows individuals to come down to Bells Sports Centre and try out our range of adapted bikes. Click here for our information flyer.

We are always looking for volunteers to help out for an hour during the week or during our Saturday drop-In session, cycle leader training will be provided. If you would be interested in volunteering please fill in our volunteer application form.
