The original group exercise class. Aerobics is a class that gets your heart pumping through a range of large muscle group exercise movements maximising calorie burning and improving fitness levels. Our knowledgeable instructors will offer low and high impact options making this class suitable for all levels. This class will often include toning exercises for the stomach and legs.

Book in your local venue, many classes fill up so book in advance whenever you can. All fitness classes are part of the Fitness membership.
We always recommend everyone to bring water to keep hydrated, a towel if you are going to work hard and a smile!
