Our badminton coaching sessions will teach your children basic badminton shots, techniques, tactics and rules whilst giving them the opportunity to play lots of games. Badminton is a great way to develop reflexes, hand to eye co-ordination, speed and general fitness.

These classes can be booked in your local venue. They are often booked in blocks of weeks so please ask for details.
Children get thirsty when they are taking part. Remember to get them to bring a drink to help keep them hydrated. Footwear and clothing is really important too. Keep it comfy, with trainers that don't slip off and no jewellery either.
