Couch to 5K is a running programme designed to condition your body for running - so instead of giving your body a sudden shock and going out for a 1-mile run, this programme introduces you gradually, giving you time to adapt and get fitter! This takes place at the George Duncan Athletic Track
Beyond 5K is the follow on programme from Couch to 5K where the coach will take you to the next level.......improving your running technique, 5K time and fitness!! A motivating group session that takes place every week alongside the C25K
Couch to 5K and Beyond 5K bookings and payment can either be taken at the North Inch Community Campus Reception or online. These programmes for a block of 10 weekly sessions and are part of the Fitness membership.
