Couch to 5K / Run Club
Couch to 5K is a running programme designed to condition your body for running - so instead of giving your body a sudden shock and going out for a 1-mile run, this programme introduces you gradually, giving you time to adapt and get fitter! This takes place at the George Duncan Athletic Track
Run Club is an eight week programme, progressing on from the Couch to 5K. The aim is to improve your running technique and performance through Sprint, Hill and Fartlek sessions. The sessions are also suitable for the more advanced runner! The starting point for this group is outside Bell's Sports Centre main entrance.
Select Your Venue
Couch to 5k bookings and payment can either be taken at the North Inch Community Campus Reception or online. The Couch to 5K programme is part of the Fitness membership. This programme is a block of 10 sessions.
Run Club bookings and payment can be made at Live Active Rodney or online. The sessions starts outside the main entrance to Bell's Sports Centre. This Ruinning group is an eight week block which is not included in the Fitness Membership
