Couch to 5K
Couch to 5K is a running programme designed to condition your body for running - so instead of giving your body a sudden shock and going out for a 1-mile run, this programme introduces you gradually, giving you time to adapt and get fitter!
Each session will include walking and running so is suitable even for those who have never run regularly before. You will be with other runners in a small group where the focus from the coach will be on you as you progress through the 10 weeks to your 5K target!

How to book and pay
Bookings and Payment can either be taken at the North Inch Community Campus Reception or online. The Couch to 5K programme is part of the Fitness membership. This programme is a block of 10 sessions.
We recommend you bring water, waterproofs and your enthusiasm, its a very sociable class!
