
Insanity
Insanity is the ultimate fitness class where you are pushed to your physical limits. Through maximal training where you experience 3-5 minutes bursts of instense exercise rather than traditional interval training where you have intervals of activity and rest.
How to book and pay
Book in your local venue, many classes fill up so book in advance whenever you can. All fitness classes are part of the Fitness membership.
Advice
You are definitely going to sweat doing this one so please bring a towel, a bottle (or 6) of water and a lot of determination!
