COVID-19: FAQs

Following the First Ministers announcement on 19/12/20, Perth and Kinross will move into Level 4 of the Scottish Government protection levels from 26/12/20 meaning all our venues will shut from close of business on 23/12/20 until further notice.

We appreciate you will have a lot of questions, many of whichwe hope will be answered below

If youre contacting us with additional questions on social media, or by email, please be aware that due to stafholidays and our venues being closed, it may take us longer than normal to respond. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this continued challenging time.

 Q. WHICH OF YOURVENUES ARE CURRENTLY OPEN? 

Following the most recent advice from the Scottish Government, allour venues will shut from close of business on 23/12/20 until further notice.  

We continue to monitor the situation closely and any updates will be shared on our website and social media pages. 

MEMBERSHIP 

Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY DIRECT DEBIT FITNESS MEMBERSHIP?  

We’ll automatically freeze all direct debit payments (including swim lessons) after 26/12/20You do not need to cancel your Direct Debit at the bank. 

Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ANNUAL FITNESS OR 30 DAY MEMBERSHIP?  

We will add the number of days you’ve been unable to use your membership from 27/12/20 until we reopen, on to the expiry date of your membership.You will need to advise us when you would like your membership to be reinstated, to do this please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Q. I THINK MY LIVE ACTIVE CARD HAS EXPIRED, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?  

You don’t need to do anything just now.  Well ensure that all those with a Live Active card subscription will have the number of days from 27/12/20 until we reopen, added to their account. 

ADULT ACTIVITIES & BOOKING

Q. I HAD PAID FOR A BOOKING WHICH I WILL NOW NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND AS YOUR VENUES ARE CLOSED, DO I GET A REFUND? 

Examples of this type of booking would be pay as you go Gym or Swim sessions, Family Swims or Football Camps. We will automatically cancel these bookings and arrange your refund as soon as possible. 

Q. I HAD PAID FOR MY CHILD’S NEXT BLOCK OF TERM TIME CLASSES/GYMNASTICS/WEE SPRINGERS, WILL I GET A REFUND?  

These will automatically be rolled over into the Summer term block. No refunds will be issued.

SWIMMING & SWIMMING LESSONS  

Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY CHILD’S SWIMMING DIRECT DEBIT?  

As with Fitness Memberships, we will automatically freeze all Direct Debit payments. We will contact you with more information when we know more about when we’re able to reopen.

Assuming the Level 4 restrictions are lifted before 17/1/21, those who have lessons starting the following week will start as planned and payments will be taken on 1/2/21 as previously advised. We will communicate with Swimming Lesson customers once we know more. 

SPORTS & CLUB 

Q. I HAD A CLUB BLOCK BOOKING IN ONE OF YOUR VENUES,WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BOOKING?

We will contact Clubs prior to reopening with information on your booking and how it will work going forwards.
