Live Active Leisure is the largest leisure trust in Perth & Kinross with over 300 employees on the team who assist in the operation of our services and venues across an area of 2000 square miles. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is well organised and has excellent planning skills. You will lead, manage and develop a maintenance team along with a range of consultants and contractors to deliver the planned and proactive maintenance and asset management programme across the Company’s portfolio of owned venues ensuring they remain open, fit for purpose and meet customer expectations. No mean task and we would agree, this role is critical in ensuring our buildings remain safe for customers and staff alike.

In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing, developing and rolling out proactive environmental policies and good practices in relation to environmental concerns and sustainability efforts and contribute to our work to reduce energy, carbon and water consumption.
