When it comes to fitness, working out in a group can boost motivation, encourage you to try new exercises and is a great way to meet new friends. 

It doesn’t matter what your fitness goal is, or if you are a beginner or advanced - with over 190 classes throughout Perth and Kinross there is a class to suit everyone. 

We are one of the few providers locally of the world renowned Les Mills group classes. Les Mills classes mix the best music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and energy to create classes that will make you fall in love with fitness. We currently offer BodyPump, BodyBalance, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, RPM and Sprint.

We also offer classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Core, HIIT, Circuits, Aerobics, Spin, AquaFit and more!
