Our Gyms

Whether you are starting your fitness journey or are an avid gym buff, we’ve got gyms across Perth and Kinross to suit you and your needs.

With a number of fitness and strength gyms throughout Perth and Kinross we’ve got everything from treadmills to squat racks, rowing to cable machines.  Ensuring that you'll achieve your fitness goals in no time.

All of our gyms are included in your standard Live Active membership.  Not a member, no problem you can still attend our venues on a pay as you go basis. 

To get you started, you'll need a  Gym Induction                             

If you are comfortable with the gym, opt for our quick online option or if if you're new to the gym we offer in person inductions at all our venues. You’ll get a tour, information on the right equipment for you, and a fitness plan to help get you started. Our friendly and qualified staff are always on hand to answer any queries you might have.

Gym Access Age Restrictions

Young people who are in S1 or are aged 12 – 15 years can access our gyms at any time if they are accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian based on a ratio of 1 adult to 3 young people.

Dewars Under 16 Gym Sessions

Dewars have bookable sessions that allow children aged 12 (or S1) to 15yrs to access the gym supervised. These sessions are after school 4pm -9pm on the hour and are for a maximum of 12 children.
 
There are three ways a child under 16 can access the gym.
  •  With a parent / guardian at any time. Max 3 children per parent / guardian.
  • At the bookable u16 Sessions 4-9pm (Term time only Monday to Friday - book in advance)
  • Unsupervised at the weekends 8-5pm and anytime on a school holiday or in-service day. (Gym staff on hand to supervise)

Term time weekday sessions have limited availability, so they must be booked in advance either online or on our app under the class name ‘U16 Gym Session’.

Under 16's are required to complete a Welcome Session with an instructor who will show them how to use the gym equipment. Under 16's are limited to the use of fixed weights and cardiovascular equipment.
