Our Gyms

Whether you are starting your fitness journey or are an avid gym buff, we’ve got gyms across Perth and Kinross to suit you and your needs.

With a number of fitness and strength gyms throughout Perth and Kinross we’ve got everything from treadmills to squat racks, rowing to cable machines.  Ensuring that you'll achieve you fitness goals in no time.

All of our gyms are included in your standard Live Active membership.  Not a member, no problem you can still attend our venues on a pay as you go basis. 

To get you started, you'll need a  Gym Induction                             

If you are comfortable with the gym, opt for our quick online option or if if you're new to the gym we offer in person inductions at all our venues. You’ll get a tour, information on the right equipment for you, and a fitness plan to help get you started. Our friendly and qualified staff are always on hand to answer any queries you might have.

Our Fitness Gym Venues

Gym Access Age Restrictions

If you are under 16, you cannot use the gym without adult supervision (someone aged 16+ who has completed a gym induction).

The only exception is Bell's Sports Centre, where anyone 12 years upwards can attend the gym between 09:00 - 21:00 on weekdays and anytime at the weekend (supervised by trained LAL staff).

From the 1st August 2023, 12 - 14 year olds will only be permitted to access the Bell's Sport Centre Gym without adult supervision Monday to Sunday between 09:00 to 17:00. During the school term, the number of 12 - 14-year-olds accessing the gym after school between 16:00 and 17:00 will be limited. These after school sessions will be bookable in advance to avoid disappointment and can be booked online or through our App under the class name 'Under 15 Gym Session'. 

Under 16's are required to complete a Welcome Session with an instructor who will show them how to use the gym equipment. Under 16's are limited to the use of fixed weights and cardiovascular equipment.
