Wellbeing & Additional Support Needs
We are more aware than ever of the positive impact that physical activity has on people’s physical, mental, and social health. It’s the mission of our Wellbeing team to provide support and access to a wide range of programmes to ensure that everyone, regardless of their age, ability or any challenges they face, can become more active.
We work in partnership with other local agencies to provide programmes including Activity Referrals, Social Circuit Classes, All-Ability Cycling and Stride for Life Walks. Find out more about the programmes at the links below.
