Crieff High School has emerged victorious at the Scottish Schools Table Cricket National Festival, securing the prestigious title of Scottish Schools Table Cricket Champions. The competition took place on March 17th at Dundee and Angus College, featuring eight schools from five different local authorities across Scotland.

The triumphant Crieff High School team celebrated their achievement alongside representatives from Live Active's Cricket Development Team, Louis and Reg, as well as Active Schools Coordinator Nick Keiller, Cricket Scotland Disability Development Officer Connor Brian, and Crieff High School Headteacher Mr. Donnelly.

Table Cricket offers an adapted version of the traditional game, specifically designed to enable young people with disabilities to participate and compete in cricket. This inclusive sport continues to grow in popularity across Scottish schools, promoting accessibility and equal opportunities in athletics.

"We are incredibly proud of the Crieff High School team's achievement," said Louis Gallagher, Cricket Development Officer at Live Active Leisure. "Their dedication and teamwork have paid off, and this victory highlights the importance of inclusive sports programs across Scotland."
