Power Yoga is a more intense workout than a standard yoga class with transitional movements between poses and postures being completed more quickly. Therefore it is expected you should have experience of yoga before participating in this class.

How to book and pay
Book in your local venue, many classes fill up so book in advance whenever you can. All fitness classes are part of the Fitness membership.
You will need to have Yoga experience to get the most out of this class.
We always recommend everyone to bring water to keep hydrated, a towel if you are going to work hard and a smile!
