Tai chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation" where you will move your body slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply. The class will involve relaxed, graceful movements, each flowing into the next with the body in constant motion. Posture is important so this class will improve your balance and co-ordination. A great way to help you lead a healthy lifestyle.

Book in your local venue, many classes fill up so book in advance whenever you can. All fitness classes are part of the Fitness membership.
We always recommend everyone to bring water to keep hydrated, a towel if you are going to work hard and a smile!
